CAMILA MENDEZ

I was born in Colombia, lived in Canada for two years, and moved to the United States in 2014. Since then, I have worked as a Spanish teacher and tutor around the Detroit Area and online for several years. Additionally, I have 11 years of experience in communication, journalism, Internet content development, and as an independent author. In 2007, I published my first book. I currently work as a paraprofessional at a High School in Detroit, where I support ESL students through individualized instruction, tutoring, guided practice, and translation. I am also a freelancer reviewing and editing Spanish Lessons. I love reading, writing, and spending time with my family.
